I created this A3-sized presentation for the director of the Competency Center Organization at Toyota, for a presentation to the Chief Information Officer of both Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. and Toyota Financial Services. It highlighted the rationale behind adopting the Rational Unified Process (RUP) in their Information Systems divisions, and the process of customizing RUP for internal purposes.
I ran the marketing communications effort for this project, which became known as the "BluePrint Process" Project. This presentation was extremely well received. Toyota uses the A3 size paper for a wide variety of presentations to give a quick overview of a project or initiative before launching full-speed ahead into it. |
