Simple Proposal Format
1. Statement of the Problem and Background
-- What problem is the proposal addressing and attempting to solve?
-- What are the background conditions (context) of the problem?

2. Objectives
-- What is the objective/ purpose/goals of the project or work proposed?
-- In other words, what will be the outcome of the successful implementation of the actions proposed?

3. Statement of Benefits/ Value Proposition
-- How does this positively impact the organization?
-- What is the proposed value of doing this? What is the impact of not doing this?

4. Logistics
-- How will this project be organized?
-- Where will you be located? How often will you meet?
-- Who is the audience/customer?
-- How will you market/communicate the benefits of this project?

5. Budget (Costs)
-- How much will it cost?
-- Itemize costs to implement the proposed plan.

6. Expected Results and Evaluation Plan (Conclusion)
-- What results can be expected?
-- Here, you are making comment on what you expect to happen if the proposed actions take place.
-- How will you show that the problem has been addressed?
-- What metrics/ reports/analysis will you perform, and to whom will it be given?


Additional:

Attach any necessary docs as reference (e.g. sketch layouts, pricing bids, etc.)
