This is a screenshot of the eLinux.com homepage. The entire site navigation, addition of articles section was added during its redesign. This site no longer exists, as the eLinux subsidiary was absorbed by the parent company, PC Mall, Inc.
Note the graphic just below the menu bar in the middle -- it says "Run Linux on your Mac" -- this banner was created to advertise the new article I had written of the same name. "Run Linux on Your Mac!" was extremely well received, enjoying 500% more hits than any other page for three weeks running, and was the number one downloaded article during the same period.
Note: eLinux.com no longer exists. PC Mall, the parent company of eLinux, absorbed all the Linux products and personnel. |
