To the left is the cover of a brochure I did for Teledyne Controls to highlight its Flight Data Services product offering. It debuted at the Flight Safety Conference in Geneva, Switzerland in March 2003, and was well received by both the airlines and regulatory agencies. Several representatives of each came back for extra copies, according to the Teledyne regional sales director for Europe. Please scroll below to read the brochure copy in plain text. II worked with an outside graphic artist (Vera Design, Los Angeles, CA) and printing house (Weber Printing Company, Rancho Dominguez, CA) to create this 40-page brochure. It was double-sided and saddlestitched, and used indigo press.
The page to the right is an example of one of the pages in the brochure that explained the Flight Data Monitoring Process that was outlined in the previous 2-page spread (above). Notice that I utilized graphical vignettes from the process to illustrate the individual parts of the process.
The page to the left is an example of one of the pages in the brochure that listed the Teledyne products available to support Flight Data Services. The products were grouped by number, according to their relevance to the process shown in the 2-page spread above.
